Once an order is placed, it is considered confirmed when you receive an email confirmation.

Your confirmation email will include payment instructions based on the payment method you selected.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received and cleared.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

For large or high-value orders, we may require additional verification to protect against fraud.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS AT THIS TIME.
Orders will not be shipped until payment has been successfully received and verified.
For certain transactions, we may request additional identification for security purposes.
Shipping Methods

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on order size, value, and destination.

All shipments include tracking and insurance for the full value of the order.

Signature confirmation may be required for delivery on high-value shipments.

Shipping rates are calculated based on order value, weight, and destination.
Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are typically 2–7 business days within the United States.

Delivery times are estimates only; delays caused by carriers, weather or other circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of Lucaro Holdings.
International Shipping

At this time, Lucaro Holdings does not offer international shipping.
Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of precious metals and collectibles, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is materially different from the description on our website.
Lost or Damaged Packages

All shipments are insured. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so we can file a claim with the carrier.

Claims must be filed within 7 days of delivery date (or expected delivery date for lost items).
Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. Lucaro Holdings is not liable for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
